In trying to run any report from MSCRM 365 we are getting a ReportServerException: Expected non-empty Guid Parameter name: principalid. Tracing shows that the Organization Id is an empty Guid along with the Userid. Has anybody got any ideas on why this is happening?

Hey Gary,
It appears that there could be an org within the affected CRM deployment which is in disabled state. Please check, if that's the case enable it temporarily to see if this resolves the issue.
If it doesn't, try to check with a new AD user, provision it to Dynamics CRM and add sufficient privileges to see if it works with new identity.

So we actually figure this out. Somehow the account used to run the Reporting Service on the Report server got changed to a local service account. The account that runs this needs to a member of the ReportingGroup and the PrivReportingGroup. From all appearances, it also needs to be setup as a user in CRM as well.
