Internal Error 3 in module 9 while upgrading

We are getting below error and crashing development environment while converting NAV2009R2 do to NAV2013. Did anyone have a solution for this?

Description:   Interne fout 3 opgetreden in module 9.

Problem signature:   Problem Event Name: NavisionInternalError   Problem Signature 01: Dynamics NAV Development Environment   Problem Signature 02: 7.0.44969.0   Problem Signature 03: 3   Problem Signature 04: 9   OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.272.7   Locale ID: 1043

    this error is known from older nav version. could be an issue with an old ocx mapped to a variable, which can not be properly created/processed because the ocx is corruped or missing.

    This is while upgrading and there are no OCX variables used in DB

    Are you using the correct license file, or it is probably expired?

    we are using correct license file which has expire date in August end.

    Delete few of the objects and then try converting the database.

    At times, I have seen few of the specific objects are causing such internal error while converting the database to newer version.

    we have created demo db and imported all objects from customer database.

    and it is converted without any problem.

    so not object issue also.

    can be data? let me delete some table data and try again.

    Some binary values in the field ‘RecID’ are causing a buffer overflow while reading them, most probably while storing these values in the older version the validation did not run properly.
