Is it possible to login as an end user to replicate the issue on Sandbox?

IT users can have any permissions any may not be able to replicate the issue in Sandbox, unless changed all the permissions like user. Is there any best way to replicate the issues with same permissions like user or Is it possible to login as an end user to replicate the issue on Sandbox?

    Hello,

    Yes, that should be possible. Create a sandbox and synch users in BC. You need to create the PS via import / export or you create a sandbox as copy of production.

    Yes, As Marco mentioned, it's possible, but it would require you to get the user's ID and password, or have the user reproduce the issue in Sandbox.
