Is there a central repository for attachments added to the different Activity types within the CRM?

Person records (also called Contacts) in the system have activities related to them (Emails, Phone Calls, Tasks, Appointments, Letters, ect...) the system allows you to attach a document to each of these activities but the only way to view the attachment is to open an activity which can become tedious when you've created 100 activities and can't remember which activity you attached the specific document you're looking for to.  My question is, is there a central repository for these attachments, meaning can I view a list of JUST attachments related to a Person record without having to open each individual activity?

I have the same question (0)

    Hey.

Based on the approach suggested on docs.microsoft.com/.../free-storage-space, you can create a custom view that contains All attachments on Notes (for example), and then All attachments on emails/Appointments/etc).  Then, you can create a Dashboard with all the views.  Or you can create a custom form that contains all views on different grids.

    I've tested with this:

And this view shows the attachments added to a note.

    Hi QNACRM,

Unfortunately, there is no OOTB way to do this. The attachments of activities are converted to Base64 and saved in the Body field of Attachment entity which has no relationship with Contact entity:

You could try to save them into SharePoint in which each person has a folder to save the attachment by Power Automate.
