Do you currently have access to CustomerSource or PartnerSource or a current install of Dynamics GP?
Some of this can be found directly in the Printable Manuals located under the blue "?" in the upper right hand corner of GP.
Configuring Process Server: System Administrator Guide, Chapter 7, Page 47.
Configuring Reporting (assuming SSRS): System Setup Guide, Chapter 31, Page 201.
Any search engine search will also produce many valid hits on these items as well.
