2Hello.
i am trying to resolve an issue for a client where the sales line item smartlists have ended up under additional smartlists instead of their usual Sales section.
when i try to run a Sales line item smartlist, the search criteria show no values and i cannot update the search values, they are greyed out.
the initial problem was that one of the users had deleted some favourites so i imported the missing records from the previous evenings backupto restore the favourites.
i updated ASIEXP81 and ASIEXP86, but i'm not sure if i missed another table along the way that is resulting in me not being able to input values into the search criteria.
any advice would be most welcome.
