When emailing invoices a PDF is generated in an email. Is there a way to change the name of these generated PDF files in GP? I know in e-mail settings there is an option to change the subject of the email but there is no option for the name of the actual PDF file. I am using GP 2013 SP2.

Are you using Exchange or MAPI to create your pdf? I have a client that the pdf and xps have an * by them in the dropdown and they are on a desktop client which should allow for both MAPI and Exchange as well as all 4 doc types. The pdf feature keeps erroring out saying you must save a document in pdf format, etc.
Anything you can share would be greatly appreciated!

There is no way to change these. :-( Would be a great product suggestion!
