Why do you want to delete a company and does this company have transactions posted?

First of all, I renamed your question to be more descriptive than just "Ax 2009".
You can create and delete companies in Administration - Common forms - Company accounts.
Usually you should not delete companies in your production environment.
i want to delete a test company Because to get a free space on the server
Hi Fayyad,
First, you can open this test company and then go to the AOT and search for the class with the name (SYS)DatabaseTransDelete. The SYS prefix was added or in AX2012 or AX2009. When that job is complete, you can delete the company like Nikolaos mentioned.
Note that if you need free disk space, you also have to do some SQL maintenance to shrink the database.
