Sale tax is not consider in budget while create PO and PR

Hi team,

We are using budget control in Budget module.

when we are generate Purchase requisition or Purchase order and I add sales tax group but only base amount is deduct from budget control. so where located this type of setup in system where I can enable of sale tax, too in budget control. please any suggestion.
