How to modify Initials logo in Appointments in dashboard view?

In the above image,subject is dispayed in rounded circles ,I need intials to be displayed.

At for Apt test,I need KT for KPlead Test. I changed views but of no use.

As far as I know this is not possible (automatically done by Microsoft.)

This is how it works in UCI (Dynamics 365) and seems that no way to change it.
