Hi,
I'm new to this field with limited knowledge of CRM, trying to find answer to the problem we have.
It looks like that marketing blasts are sent successfully only when it is sent to Contacts email addresses.
However users are complaining that they cannot send marketing blast to the "Account" email address.
Please can you let me know is it a configuration problem and where can I fix it (if possible).
