Hi all,

New to this forum, although I've been lurking around for a while. I've found solutions to previous problems/errors, but now I've stumbled upon an error which I can't find an answer for - and I'm hoping for your help.

What happens is when I try to add a marketing list to a campaign activity, I get "Invalid Argument":

Any suggestions? 9.1.0014.0017 on-prem.

Thanks!
A.

    Hi Andreas T.,

Here are a few steps that you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check if the marketing list exists: Verify that the marketing list you are trying to add actually exists in your CRM. If it doesn't exist, create a new marketing list and try again.

    2. Check if the marketing list is associated with the campaign: Make sure that the marketing list is associated with the campaign you are trying to add it to. To check this, go to the campaign record and look for the marketing lists associated with it. If the marketing list is not associated, add it to the campaign and try again.

    3. Check your permissions: Ensure that you have the required permissions to add a marketing list to a campaign. If you don't have the necessary privileges, contact your system administrator to grant you the appropriate access.

    4. Clear cache and cookies: Sometimes clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve the issue. Close PowerApps and reopen it, then try adding the marketing list again.

    5. Try using a different browser: If the above steps don't work, try using a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.

If none of the above steps work, you may want to reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.

    Thanks,
    Manoj Mane.
