I have a user in CRM that has been unable to press the back button to return to an opportunity from an opportunity product while using Internet Explorer.
Here is their process: Open Opportunity > Double click on an existing product record within said opportunity > Press the back button in Internet Explorer.
Once they have pressed the back button it reloads the opportunity product page and greys out the back button in the browser. I have been able to replicate the error in my browser but it does not cause the back button to grey out, instead the next click of the back button returns me to the Opportunities view.
Opening the console reveals repeated instances of the following warning: "The code on this page disabled back and forward caching."
Any resolutions for this?
