Fixed Assets Depreciation

Hi All,

We have uploaded one Fixed Asset as attached with this email. We have closed the Fixed Assets for the Year 2011 and also year-End closing. Now when we run the depreciation for the Year 2012,the YTD value comes as 128955.46.However the calculation for YTD is Asset Cost/Original Life i.e. 572,213 / 4 = 143.053.00.So there is difference of 14,097.54(143.053.00 - 128955.46) between the manual calculation and GP calculation.

So can we simply change the the YTD value to 143.053.00 and save the Asset ID?Will there be any repercussions for the same?

Appreciate your earliest reply.

Thanks and Regards,

Saugat Dhara
