Add pallets on sales order automaticly

Hello, 
 
I have a case scenario where 2 customer ordering the same product, but 1 customer needs to pay for pallets, the other one doesn't.
is there a way i can get the system to automaticly add pallets to a salesorder if it's ordered by a specific customer?
