Is there anyway to change the Database Mail profile that GP uses with Business Alerts, or GP can only use the default Db Mail profile. Any help is appreciated.

Soma is correct that from the GP side we require the default. You could try it and let us know though :)

In GP side no option available. After created the Business Alert in GP, DB mail is created in SQL server agent side. Try to change this on SQL server server. I am not sure whether it will work or not bz i am not familier with SQL server Agent.

There is no option available out of the box but is their any other options?

GP can only use the default DB mail profile no other option available out of box.
