Exported file from Data management with unexpected encoding

Hi all,

I am trying to export data from D365FO entities to text files with UTF-8 encoding, and I have set up a data source format for it.

However, after exporting, the file's encoding is not UTF-8 but UTF-16 LE:

Does anyone know how can I get the exported file in UTF-8 encoding?
