I want to take the value of a lookup field on Case entity and copy that to a list view (Associated CI Tab on Case entity)

    Hi,

    You can achieve this with Real time workflow on create of Associated CI record.

    You can also write JS code to auto populate based on Case lookup on Associated CI record.

    Hello Bigred,

    Can you please confirm below questions ?

    when populating the Lookup value in the "C1" field it should be also available on the "Associated C1" Sub-grid Automatically?

    If yes then is it possible that you will have more than 1 Record in the "Associated C1" Sub-grid ?

    Also if you have more than 1 record in "Associated C1" Sub-grid then what will be the Value in "C1" Lookup ?

    Can you let me know what is the relationship type for the above C1 Lookup with contact Like 1:N, N:1 , N:N ?
