    Hi,

You can't do that in Excel add-in, You can use other filters like contains but you will not get the option 'is one of' like we have in D365FO.

    Hi phong.pham,

You are right, we don't have something like ...'is one of' filter option.

What you can do as a workaround is the following:

    1. Filter in the column headers of your table using the excel filter options

    2. Change / modify the values as needed

    3. Remove the filter from 1

    4. Publish your data to D365FO.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

I need to find a better solution for our users. Because When We used a data entity add-in If We pushlish a data It takes about 1 hour to finish it. It is a reason Our user don't want to use data entity add-in.

    Hi phong.pham,

    Many thanks for the update.

To me it looks as if the Excel addin is not the right tool for that because it uses Odata connections, which is rather slow and not thought to update thousands of records.

Have you thought about using the data management framework instead?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

As suggested by Ludwig and by me in another thread, if you want to work with bulk data, you should consider using Data management.

Excel add-in should be used where you want to look at the data, interact with it, and update it in D365FO. If you directly want to update the data in D365FO then you should use Data management.

    Hi Vinit.

I have worked with Microsoft this morning. They send me this link below :

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/data-entities/data-import-export-job#validate-that-the-source-data-and-target-data-are-mapped-correctly

It works like my expectation. It is great.

    Thank you again.

Hi phong.pham. I have the same issue but i can not find the solution on your link.

I need a multi value filter field on office addin. Do you achieve this?

    Thanks

    Nino
