Changing Route Ribbon Button Defaults for Queue Items

I tried searching the forum, google, and the Dynamics 2013 Bible, and didn't see anything similar to my requested dilemma.  Almost everything talks about email routing into the queue, where I just need to edit a route ribbon button.

In Dynamics CRM under Service > Queue, when I select a queue item and click on the "Route" ribbon button, the default selection is to route to another queue, but I want to change this to default to "User/Team" since we never route to another queue.   See my sanitized picture here:

My system is heavily customized, but I believe this to be vanilla functionality.  I can't seem to find anywhere where the option to change this default exists.  Even if you do not know the solution, if anyone can point me in the proper direction that would be helpful.

Thank you.

UPDATE: To quickly add to this, I have a feeling the answer lies somewhere in XML editing, but am uncertain.

    Hello,

I'm afraid that there is no easy way to customize CRM in this way. You have 2 ways:

    1. Unsupported and can be applied when you have CRM Onprem - find and modify page this is shown for this dialog.

    2. Supported but longer and harder - butenko.pro/.../ms-crm-2011-how-to-override-standard-dialogs

I should have mentioned, I am using 2013 on premise.

Anyway you can use one of 2 mentioned approaches.

So short answer "No with a but", long answer "Yes, with an if".
