Move Site Builder from UAT to Production

So, since Site Builder is provisioned in LCS, if it is provisioned at the UAT level, what needs to happen to move this to production? Would all of the authored content on Site Builder itself have to be re-authored in a different environment? Or is this simply a matter of moving the Channel Database, Hierarchies, Commerce Scale Unit, etc from UAT to PROD?
