Purchase Order Enhancement Entry window takes long to load

Good day all,

I have just upgraded GP10.0 to GP 2013, after upgrading to GP 2013 the window for Purchase  Order Enhancement Entry takes too long than usual to load. This was not the case in GP 2010, before upgrading.  I have 20291 Purchase Orders, which I do not think are too many for the system to handle as they well handled in GP 10 in the same environment.   My GP 2013 is currently on service pack 12.00.1745. Please assist.

    I would suggest using the support debugger tool for GP 2013.

    Hello!

    Do you have any Customization/Third Parties for this window? It is the two things that I can think of that would cause any issue. If so I would try disabling them to see if the load time is quicker.
