Data entry errors in batch

When trying to post I got this error:

 

Data entry errors in batch ‘TEST’. Use the batch recovery window to process this batch.

 

I reviewed the invoice in the database but couldn’t find any issue. How can I tell what is wrong with the invoice. Which data is causing an issue?

 

And now my batch went to 0 – Reserved status. How can I bring it back into the original status so I can post it again?

    Bab,

    From the Batch window, try printing the Batch Edit List by clicking the printer icon in the upper right hand corner of the window (depending on the type of batch).  This tentative posting report should detail out the errors for that particular transaction in that batch that is causing the issue.

    Mike is correct. If Batch Recovery does not correct the problem, complete a backup and then run Check Links on the Sales Transaction Work tables. Hopefully you can get the batch back to a state where you can print the edit list and see the error. Please remember that only invoices and returns will print on the edit list. If there are quotes and orders in there you will not see them.
