hi,

we are trying to add a Chart  to a Sales Activity Dashboard, however we can not find it int the entity list.

We have this chart:

2019_2D00_10_2D00_23_5F00_14h23_5F00_12.png

and it is not found in the Dashboard:

2019_2D00_10_2D00_23_5F00_14h24_5F00_19.png

regards

Martin

Hi Martin, this doesn't make any sense :) the only thing I would suggest is to publish your changes again and try to add the chart to the dashboard again.

I don't think you're missing anything. You might want to enter a ticket with Microsoft. I just created a new chart for appointments in my environment and then tried to add it to the sales activity dashboard and I am having no issues. Can you try to create a personal dashboard to see if you're able to do it then? Do you have system admin privileges?

This is strange behavior, you need to open ticket with Microsoft.

You can check.. is there multiple entities with Appointment name? also make sure you are using correct environment when trying to add chart chart. Sometimes in online environment we will create chart in one environment and tries to add in another.

    Hi Martin,

Please check if the chart is selected in the App Designer of Sales Hub.

Go to Settings > My Apps, open the App Designer of Sales Hub.

    pastedimage1571995537469v1.png

Find the Appointment and check if the 'Appointment by End Time' is checked in its chart list.

If not, you need to select it and publish it.

    Hi,

thanks for the reply, so I understand, do the charts needed to be added to the app artifact on entity level to be able to be used in main Dashboard section? Seems logical just wanted to make sure..

    best regards

    Martin

    Hi Mark,

When I created the new chart and added it to the dashboard in my environment I didn’t have to go through those steps. I just created the chart and was able to pick it from the list of charts, so I really think something else is going on.
