HR To Do List Not working

Since I upgraded to GP 2013, my HR to do list does not pop up when I start GP.  I have gone and double and triple checked my user preferences to make sure open on start up is checked and it doesn't help.  Also my unfinished entries are not rolling forward even though that is also checked.

Did you ever find a solution to this?  My To Do list does not pop up.

No never figured out why it doesn't at times and other it do.  So what I did was add the to do list to the startup of GP and now the to do list come up every time.   Hope this helps.

    Hi Carlos,

Thank you for the response.  Although it's disappointing.  I hate always having to use a workaround because something doesn't function correctly.  But, I appreciate the suggestion!

    Thanks again,

    Deborah

Now I can't even add anything to the Startup folder.  There's no arrow to expand it.  How do I get my To Do lists into the Startup folder?  Thank you!

    Deborah,

click on the home tab within the navigation pane at the left.. then right click on the startup folder and select add window...

Then choose Human Resource click the plus sign and select 3rd party scroll down until you see To Do List... select then click add.

Ha!  Thanks, Carlos!  Didn't think to try that.  Now they open when I launch GP.

However, the Roll Forward feature for the Personal To Do List doesn't appear to be working either.  Any ideas there?

    Thank you!
