Hi,
In Organization administration ->Organizations -> Legal entities -> Report company logo image tab when i try to add an image its throwing the below error.

I used JPEG and PNG format but cant uoload.No addtional information in the action centre.
Is it a one box VM where you are trying ? Can you try to do the same in any other environment you have ? whats the version of your application?

Yes it a one box VM .
Installed product version : 10.0.9
Installed platform version : Update33
Did you try it on another VM ? If you face similar issue on another VM , there is possibility of modification or need of full build in your environment and you have to check with your dev. Anyways on the side note you should plan to update it to 10.0.12

I tried uploading company logo on my Dev VM. I had upgraded the VM to 10.0.11 (Update 35) sometime back.
On trying to upload an image, I got the same error as you did. However, when I tried to debug the issue went away on it's own. I believe a full build will take care of this error.
Try to perform a full build and DB synch. See if you can upload any other image with a smaller size and acceptable format. As per MS doc , The ideal resolution for a banner image is 1920 x 281 pixels. The ideal width for a logo image is 350 pixels.
