Create Campaign for Customer Group

Posted on by 60

Trying to create a Campaign for specific Customer group, it's possible? I could just "Add Contacts". There's a way to add the campaign for specific "Customer Group"?

Hi, Unfortunately, as far as I know this doesn't work in standard.

There is no Customer Group field in the Contact table. So it cannot be filtered when adding.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Thanks,

but after this "In the "Targeted At" section, select "Contacts" and click "Add Contacts."" My system is not the same (NAV 2017)

    1- I can't find "Target At"...

What I do: create the Campaign -> Segments -> Create new -> Contacts "Add Contacts" but I can't find "New contact Group"

If I select all the contacts will bring all contacts, not an option to "New contact Group"...

RE: Create Campaign for Customer Group

    hi

Yes, it is possible to create a campaign for a specific customer group in Dynamics NAV. Here are the steps to create a campaign for a specific customer group:

Navigate to the Sales & Marketing menu and select "Campaigns."

Click "New" to create a new campaign.

In the "General" section of the campaign card, fill in the relevant details such as the campaign name and the start and end dates.

In the "Targeted At" section, select "Contacts" and click "Add Contacts."

In the "Select Contacts" window, click "Advanced" and select "New Contact Group."

In the "New Contact Group" window, enter a name for the customer group and any relevant search criteria, such as customer type or location.

Click "Preview" to preview the list of customers that meet the search criteria.

Click "OK" to save the customer group and return to the "Select Contacts" window.

Select the newly created customer group and click "OK" to add them to the campaign.

Click "OK" to save the campaign.

Once the campaign is created, you can track the results of the campaign by monitoring the responses and actions of the customers in the campaign. This can help you to determine the effectiveness of the campaign and make any necessary adjustments for future campaigns.
