Vendor Account Statement no data available.

Navigation- Accounts Payable>Inquiries & Reports>Vendor Reports>Account Statement

In this report standard filters are not working, like if we extract Vendor Account account of any individual vendor putting filter of either any business unit or product division or both , report doesnt provide any data. It says no data available.

However in the vendor transaction we can see all the transaction for the given vendor and business unit.

    Hello PrachiGupta97,

    Have you already tried clearing your usage data to see if they prevented the report from running as intended?

    Also, does the report work fine in a different demo or test environment or do you see the same issue there?

    What is the AX2012 version that you operate? If you operate an older one, have you already checked LCS that this behavior is not the result of a bug?

    Hi Prachi,

    Have you done any customizations to this report? Have you also tried to debug the DP class to check why no data is being fetched by the query.

    Can you try following:

    1. Run the report with Admin user or did you try to check with different user?

    2. As ludwig suggested, clear usage data of that user and retry it again.

    3. Please check if you have done any customizaton on this report that is causing an issue to dispaly the result.

    I have not done any customisation to the report. Turns out I had to clear the usage data. Thank you
