Does Interactive Dashboard work only with System Charts & System Views (not custom Views? and Custom Charts?

I've tried to create new Interactive Dashboard via "Customize the system > Entities > Opportunity > Dashboards" but noticed that while adding "Visual Filters" I can only see "System Charts" and while adding "Streams" I can only see "System Views" of respective entity, which proves that this "Interactive Dash boarding experience right now only is available for system views and system charts --- is that so?

    Hi,

    I don't think show Interactive Dashboard & Chart for Custom Views.

    Please refer : docs.microsoft.com/.../customer-service-hub-user-guide-dashboard

    Only user dashboard use Personal view and User charts.

    If you are going to create system dashboard then you are allowed to use system views and charts. If you create views from Settings-->Solution-->Entity-->Views then this type of view also come in System chart.
