Difference between Project Invoice and Invoice in Project Management and Accounting

Hello Experts,

I just wanted to know what is difference between Project Invoice and Invoice in the Project Management and Accounting. Are both same?

Can you please explain below in things in Project ?

Project Invoice Proposals
Invoice Journals
Invoice Proposal

    Hi Senthil,

    Project invoice proposals are created first. You can select the project transactions (Types : Hours, fees, expenses etc.) while creating project invoice proposals. On posting invoice proposals, project invoices are created.

    On the customer form, Project invoices show invoices generated form project module whereas invoice journal shows invoices generated from sales orders and free text invoices.
