How can we change which Sharepoint Site is connected to Dynamics?

We currently have our contacts connected to Sharepoint Site 1. We would love to break that connection and connect it to Sharepoint Site 2. We also need to move the contact folders from Site 1 to Site 2 and make it so uploading documents for a contact ends up in their original folder, just now on site 2.

Does anyone have any helpful material that will walk us through this process as detailed as possible. Thank you.

    Hi,

You can change the URL in the "Document Management Setting".

Then use the "Move to" feature to transfer to the contents from site 1 to site 2 according to the entity.

The files can be shown in Dynamics.

If the amount of the files is large, you can seek help of the transferring from SharePoint.

Nya, thank you this is incredibly helpful. We needed update some records with a new sharepoint site URL to get things working but that wasn't too hard to figure out. We got it all working.
