I have a scenario where an approval goes to a workflow user group with 5 users with a sequence of 1. The workflow is setup to approve the record if any of those 5 users approve the document. The issue is, the other 4 users approvals stay in an OPEN state even after the document is approved. Is there a way in the workflow setup that when 1 of those 5 users approves a record, all 5 of the approval requests change to an APPROVED status?

There is a workflow response called 'Approve the approval request for the record'

Refer to step 5 below
