Extension Installation issue through visual studio code

While trying to upload and install the extension directly into Business central. Getting below error.

Is it SaaS? then do not install through visual studio code.

Please upload from extension management page.

You can try clearing the cache in VSC, and try again.

If you are publishing to an Environment Type Production, then you can't publish using VS Code you need to use extension management page.

if it is of type sandbox then try restarting the environment the error which you have mentioned usually comes when you press f5 multiple times.
