Anyway to recover a deleted quote

Hi all, I need to find out how to recover accidentally deleted quote from about a week ago. I need to turn that Quote into order however the quotation was accidentally deleted from our CRM system by our commercial team. Urgent help is needed. Thank you in advance.

    Going forward, remove Delete privilege from all Security Roles business users are assigned to.
