Hi,

I just started Dynamics Marketing and i would like to make a marketing email.

For example I would like to personalize the subject line with the customer's first name.

I can't find any fallback or variation possibility for those who are not listed with their first name in CRM.

Is this possible in Dynamics Marketing? If so, how do I realize this?

Hi Willem,

Do you mean that you'd like to deal with those contacts who do not have first name?

If yes, it can be done in the email body but cannot be done in subject since it needs to be achieved with Advanced dynamic content.

It is recommended to set the "First Name" field as a required one in Contact form or use the "Last Name" in subject to guard against such situation.
