Resolving Automatic HQ Manual Adjustment Issue

After a PO is and the items received in the store the items are going to, we often get an entry saying HQ Manual Adjustment.  The result of this adjustment is that it removes from inventory by posting a negative quantity of the very same items received.

Basically, reversing the PO/Inventory Transfer quantity entry.

What are we doing wrong and how can this be stopped.

Help please.

    Hi Sir Ohimai, what we experienced now is we have a PO and we are receiving now and popup appears and say it Items has been received on this order, but it has not yet been placed. And after the commit Qty Recvd will say it has none and on QTY RTD does the value of the received items. I think theres a floating settings or configucation on this thats why all POS has been received but does not reflect on store?
