Cannot send email - Verify settings are correct

Hello,

I'm trying to send an email from Sales Order screen via the Print/Send button, and receive the below error:

I've already set up the SMTP details, and can receive a testing email:

Do you have any idea why this error is popping up?

    The SMTP server is smtp.office365.com. Please take a look here:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../admin-how-setup-email
