If I have a company with a lot of settings already configured, is there a way to copy that configuration to another company? Or is there a way to do a carbon copy of a company? Is this possible on the front end or do I have to reach out to Microsoft? If I have to reach out to Microsoft, who do I contact.
I don't believe that you can delete them... Only enter correcting entries. Some people will set up a company with default info and then create a copy to start entering transactions from... Keeping the initial company for copying purposes only. If you've already started entering transactions then you may need to setup a new company. You can get most of your master records, etc... using edit in Excel or Configuration Packages.

Can already posted transactions be deleted after the copy? Not necessarily automatically - even if I need to do it one by one.
Not automatically, no. It is going to be an exact copy of the company and everything in it.
