Strange Apply Information for Payables - Strange Status in History GP 10.0

GP 10.0

I am comparing my GP Historical Aged Trial Balance for AP vs a Report that I wrote to do the same thing.  I am off by one odd transaction.  I claim that the GP Version of the Historical Aged Trial Balance is wrong in this case and I am right.  Here's what is weird.

I have a credit memo that is not voided that is not showing up on the GP Report.  It is clearly not applied and it is from 2008.

I also have an invoice that is showing up on the GP Report from 2008 as unpaid.  But when I look up that document in inquiry, there is clearly a payment associated with that invoice (a large payment that took care of other invoices too and not completely applied to this invoice, but with about 100.00 left over on the invoice).

When I drill into that Invoice to look at the apply information, I see the Status (transactions by document) with a HIST#.  I am used to seeing HIST* meaning a void, but I have no idea what the # means.  I'm attaching some screenshots.  Can someone shed some light on this one?

I tried reconcile and it picked up nothing.  I suppose I can do check links too but that takes a while and I wanted to see if there was an explanation first.

No one has answered this from 2011, that is a shame.  I have a weird A/P issue as well.
