Difference between dev environment and uat environment (additional tab issue)

Hello everyone,

Recently, there is a new tab "Assets and Locations" added in Account Form in UAT and Production environments that does not appear in Development environment. As customer does not use this feature, I was asked to remove the tab. Solutions on UAT and Production are managed. Please, does anyone have an idea to solve it?

    Hi,

    Go to Settings->solutions and check if any new solution installed by Microsoft which is not present in Dev enviornment.

    I believe this tab is related to Field Service or Connected FIeld service. So look in Solution related to these module.

    Once you find out the Solution, will need to install the same solution in Dev enviornment.

    Now create Patch solution and add Account form. Remove tabs from Dev then expost solution as managed and import into target environment.

    Below is a screenshot of all Microsoft solutions:

    The left one is from development and the right one from UAT, there is no new solution.
