We generate quotes with Dynamic CRM using Word templates. One member of a Sales Team reported that a header and footer containing company logo are missing when she generates quotes. This issue occurs only on that client pc. When you go to View tab and switch between multiple pages and one page the header and footer appear. When the generated doc contains two pages and you will paste something on the first which extend doc to more pages the Company logo is visible only on the last page and the on the rest pages the header and footer are empty. So ech time the user need to copy the logo and paste it on the other pages manually.
I tried the office online repair and I run crm configuration again on affected pc. All the rest seems to work fine and user did not report any other issues. Did anyone had a similar issue?
