LANGUAGE PACK PROBLEM

I have installed:
Windows 2008 server 64bit ITALIAN
EXCHANGE SERVER 2007 ITALIAN
DYNAMICS CRM 4.0 ITALIAN

The installation Path of Dynamc CRM 4.0 is:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM

everything works properly.

Now, when I install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Language Pack for English

the setup install in follow path:
C:\Server\LangPacks\1033
(the setup wizard concludes successfully)

BUT the Client Settins/Language LIST is EMPTY (is not possible atctivate new
language because the list is empty)

Help me please, I.m users that need English Language Interface

    have you enabled language pack after insallation from settings .

    is not possible enable from settings, because the list (into settings) is empty (this is my problem) .
