Show Second level child records in subgrid

I have been asked to show all the second level data in a subgrid and I am lost.

Eg, on an Account record, I have a field where I have a lookup field with a zone. 

Each account would only have one zone.

Then I want to display all the related records to the zone. (Level 2 Child)

How would I go about this.

Is it possible to do this without code?

A business rule?

    You can use quick view form to show related records in subgrid (child level), please refer below url to create quick view form.

    Hi partner,

    We will use Nested Editable Grid.

    Please refer to https://d365demystified.com/2019/07/25/nested-editable-grids-in-d365-ce-v9-uci/

    Effect:

    If you look at the Contact grid on the Account form. You’ll see an arrow on each record which indicates that it can be expanded.

    And when you click on it, you’ll see the Nested Grid for Opportunities of the Contact.
