    Hi Sakib,

I think the solution is to create custom entity. We did it in our CRM 2011 implementation.

Please read more about OOB vs Custom Address entity in the following link

    Sakib,

No, as I know you can only create N:N Relationship.

This is a limitation that I have actually reported to Microsoft Team.

    community.dynamics.com/.../139350

Hope this can help to clarify you.

    Thanks.

    Thanks Anil!

We actually want to move away from custom entity to built-in entity. Let me know if you have any suggestion.

    Thanks,

    Sakib

    Sakib,

The Address entity is limited in that one cannot link other entities to it. In other words, there cannot be any relationships created other than what there is OOB.

The Address entity is there for creation of addresses on Accounts and Contacts only.

You can create a custom entity same as Address and then You can Use Created Entity as a Entity Reference and Store Your Information into CRM.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    R.Rajkumar

If you really want to add custom relationship with address, the only was is to create a custom address entity. OOB entity will not support creating new relationships.

    thanks

    Anil
