Not able to schedule Dynamics any certificate from Microsoft learn

When I am selecting course and schedule exam. After filling contact details and clicking on Schedule, I am getting below error. I am trying this from 3 days thinking that it will be temporary issue.

    The best cause of action is to contact Pearson VUE and get them to investigate the error: Microsoft certification testing

    They are asking me for ccid. Which is not present anywhere in Microsoft learn. Where can I get it. I asked them but they don't know anything about it.

    I had this issue as well. It appears your account has been blocked for some reason. Contact Pearson Vue and you ll be sorted. It may take a while but they will have you sorted.
