GP 2010 not responding after cryptowall.trace virus removal

I recently removed a crypt locker variant from a users computers and since they have been unable to use GP as everytime they access

Sales- Customer - Cards

it stops responding and then quits with no solution found.

 

has anyone ever run across this? or possible solutions?

    I haven't seen this before but I would start with checking every folder that the dex.ini points to and make sure the files haven't been encrypted. Is the customer card modified in anyway?
