MRP isn't correctly using lead times for transfer orders

We have an items that appear to be using purchase rather than transfer lead times for some items.  Is there a way to fix this?

We have set the transfer lead time to 2 days and there is plenty of inventory in the transfer warehouse to cover the requirements but we are seeing an advance action (which is OK) but indicating the "Delay (days)" is based on the supplier lead time in the transfer warehouse.

I would expect with this configuration a 2-day transfer and then the delay would be at most 2 days for an item that we have a transfer requirement due today.

I would take all of the supply and demand out (in a test system) and then put on demand to trigger the transfer and check the lead times. I expect there are so many other elements in your demand-supply balance with the settings and everything that there are lots of action and delay messages all on top of each other that is giving you an impression. Strip it all back and test the basics.

    Hi Marc,

What exact settings do you have for master planning? Do you have days set for positive and negative days? If so, what are these values?
