is it me or everyone does have problems with inventory in great plains.
for this past few months until today most of our clients whose using Inventory control module.
encounter very similar problem. their item balance (Begbal) in inquiry stock is incorrect.
say we did adjustment in with qty 20. it goes well for several months.
but then one month we saw indiscipline.. the begbal went from 20 to 19.9996
I mean whats going on in here?? like yesterday it was fine but one day it completely change.
our clients was demanding why it happened? we have no idea and never encounter such a problem.
we checked in table IV10200, IV10201, and IV30300. three of them synchronize. and the amount is match.
reconcile didn't do much work. we tried to fix it by SQL, but it didn't match with HITB report.
can you give us suggestion how to fix it or how it can be happened?
