Error when Active item Price: The transactions on voucher xxx do not balance as per xxx

I got the error message when doing active cost price for Item:

The transactions on voucher 1830-028446 do not balance as per 5/8/2020. (accounting currency: -16,739.00 - reporting currency: -16,739.00)

Does anybody here have experience in this case?

I checked have full setup in inventory posting

    Hi,

    Can you check that there is an account setup in the rounding section as well?

    In addition, can you test whether changing the line to an All-All configuration resolves the issue. In other words, do you have an item included that does not belong to the FG00 group?

    where an account setup in the rounding section?

    I tested active for 1 item of the FG00 group.

    Hi Nancy, 

    looks like the voucher has the same amount 16739.00. Could you try to enlarge the  penny difference  and see if the error can be ignored? if not, I would suggest to submit as support ticket to MS. it may need some analysis on the data.
