We have entered and posted an Assembly transaction but the quantities are still showing as being allocated for that transaction - even though it has been posted. The transaction shows in inquiry as Posted and is not available from the Transaction Entry window.
We have reconciled inventory and run Checklinks on BOM transactions but the quantities are still showing as allocated. What could be causing the problem? Thank you for any and all information.
